Terms & Conditions

Payments :
we hold the right to procure some proportion of full payment to be paid in advance as advance payment by the clients which is necessary for confirmation of booking. While balance amount may be paid on arrival in India or preceding the departure from your concerned country but it has to paid completely before the commencement of services. We are also authorized to fix the amount to be paid as advance payment and the time of full payment. In certain cases like festive season like New year, Christmas etc and holidays, when the season is considered to be peak, we may ask for full payment in advance at the time of booking.

Mode of Payment : overseas advance payment through transfer to our bank or through mail authorization via Visa/ Master card is acceptable. And on arrival in India, payment via travellers cheque/currency note or through Visa/ Mater card, American express credit card is permissible. Bank charges are applicable on full amount, in case of payment being made through Credit card.
Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure –Clients are requested in inform in writing regarding cancellation of booking due to inevitable/ evitable circumstances. Customers are liable to pay Cancellation charges which would be estimated on the date of receipt of information regarding cancellation and cancellation charges would be estimated as following norms : -

  • 30 days prior to arrival - 0% of the tour cost.
  • 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost.
  • 07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost.
  • 02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost.
  • Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND.

However the above norms are not applicable in case of peak season. Any festive season and vacations when cancellation can cost a lot to the hotel, different cancellation norms may be levied by hotel. In the case of cancellation of trip after commencement, the amount of refund would depend on amount recovered from hoteliers patronized in your place. We do not bear any responsibility for unused chartered transportation, hotel accommodation and missed meals etc

Gir National Park Tour Operator reserves owns the authority to revise or end any offer at any notch of the time and for that prior notice need not to be given to customers. We may arrange alternate accommodation in similar category of hotels in case of unavailability in mentioned hotel.

Refund :
Amount of refund depends upon the cancellation policy at the time of cancellation of booking. It is to be noted that refund process may extend up to 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. Bank charges will be debited from the amount of refund in case of refund made to the credit card account OR to Bank account.

Our Liabilities & Limitations:
We are bound the follow and levy hike in entrance fees of monument/ museum, fuel cost, guide, entry fee in National Park etc in the cost of package of tour due to orders of Government of India. .

All itineraries are basic layout of the schedule of tour but are subjected to change in case of change in weather, road situation and well being of tourist. We may in the interest of safety, comfort and health of our tourist or visitors, make changes in itineraries. Itineraries are sent to all the clients on very prime stage of planning the trip.
Our prices vary upon the prices negotiated with hotel and airlines. This is to inform you that hotel and Airlines have the right to revise price of their services without prior information or notice. In such a case, we are bound to make modification in the rates quoted by us earlier.. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and checkout time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
We are not liable for delay and change in the programme or schedule due to national hazards, national calamity, Flight cancellation, mishap; break down of machinery or equipment, weather, sickness, landslide, political closure etc. We shall also not be held liable for any loss and injury to person, his/ her property arising due to any act of GOD, fire, accident, danger, breakdown in machinery or equipment, collapse of transport, riots, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, thefts, pilferages, outbreak of disease, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other reason out of our control.
We do not provide any insurance coverage facility against sickness, accidents, loss due to theft or other reasons. Visitors are suggested to enjoy the insurance covers and its benefits on their own at their native place. All luggage and personal property of customers are their own risk.
