Safari Booking Cancellation Policy

Government Safari Permits

Safari permits for Gir National Park are issued by the authorized Forest Department and are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.

Safari fees paid to government authorities may not be refunded under normal circumstances.
Date changes or modifications depend entirely on permit availability and government regulations.
Visitors must carry valid ID proof used during booking

Tour Package Cancellation

For customized tour packages, hotel bookings, transportation, and other travel services arranged through Adventure Paths India, the following cancellation charges may apply:

Cancellation Charges :

30 days or more before travel date: Partial cancellation charges may apply.
15–30 days before travel date: Up to 50% cancellation charges may apply.
Less than 15 days before travel date: Limited or no refund may be applicable.
No-show or last-minute cancellation: No refund.

Refund policies may vary depending on hotel partners, resorts, transport providers, and seasonal booking conditions.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after cancellation approval.
Refund timelines may vary based on payment methods, banks, or third-party payment gateways.
Transaction fees, service charges, and government permit fees may be non-refundable.

Force Majeure

Adventure Paths India shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by:

Natural disasters
Weather conditions
Government restrictions
Wildlife movement restrictions
Forest department decisions
Transport strikes or unforeseen events beyond our control

In such situations, refunds will depend on the policies of respective service providers and government authorities.
